We process your payroll and taxes according to the regulations in your location. We process through a national bank with a local location, allowing your employees to easily cash their checks without additional fees, wherever you are located. Our staff is available to assist you personally - no auto attendant. We can do same day payrolls. We have an in-house courier, in addition to our regular courier service, to ensure timely delivery. Our Payroll System / Software:

We provide you with options for transmitting your payroll information to us: telephone, facsimile, internet, email, and PC based software, or time clock interface. Our reports are professional and customized to meet your individual needs. We provide tax reporting, direct deposit, labor distribution, custom reports, check signing and other great services. We provide year-to-date figures each pay period. We do certified payrolls, true job costing and true vacation/sick time accrual. We complete and submit the NV Modified Business Tax form and deposit the taxes each quarter. The IRS recognizes us as a "Batch Filer". It's considerably safer than telephone EFTPS or using 8109 Coupons. Our People:

A helpful way to approach end-of-year prep is to sort your to-do list into three groups: do now, schedule, and review later.

That simple step can help you see where your time is best spent and which items need to be on your radar before they become urgent. The goal isn’t to finish everything early. It’s to avoid leaving everything until the last minute.

A little clarity today can make a busy November or December feel much easier to navigate.

If your year-end to-do list is still in your head, October is a good time to put it on paper.

Make a list of what needs to be reviewed: employee information, payroll records, identify upcoming deadlines, and benefits information. We also recommend that you make note of anything that needs follow-up.

Once everything is in one place, it becomes much easier to see what can be handled now and what can wait.

- Are there upcoming deadlines or benefit changes your team needs to prepare for?
