Imagine what Tiffany, mother, is going through trying to save her daughter’s life while still raising 2 other children as a single parent…. Some Proprietors….. Hire your kids to do some “work” for your company. Pay them a wage and use that wage to take care of them! Thank me later….

Oh, and if they are under the age of 17, you do NOT have to withhold social security, Medicare or FUTa tax. You DO however, have to withhold some federal withholding if they meet the threshold! You have to take care of them anyway! Why not take it as a business deduction. 💥

As I sit here and watch the rain on this beautiful Sunday, I am reminded of why I went into business for myself and how I was able to go from no clients to making multiple six figures….

I not only manage my own business but have been successful managing other businesses as well. I have met people in high places and suck up as much as I can when I’m their company.

Some of the most powerful leaders in the world have advisors, take direction from experts, know when to compromise and understand they don’t know everything and don’t have to be the loudest voice or make every decision. I have gotten far in my career learning from multi-millionaire and billionaires. The biggest lesson learned, is you don’t have a business if you don’t have the customers.

As you grow your companies, remember, team work make the dream work as long as everyone has a team mentality and not a “mine” mentality. The need to be in control is the fastest way to tank a business…
