Next week, Laura will be taking on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge to raise money for Claire House Children’s Hospice🙌

The challenge involves trekking 58km in a single day along the Jurassic Coast — the equivalent of more than a marathon and a half, across steep and demanding coastal terrain.🏞

The route also includes around 1,400–1,600 metres of elevation gain, which is roughly the same as climbing Snowdon almost twice over the course of the event.🏔

Many of you may know Laura has completed some incredible charity challenges in the past, including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, trekking to Everest Base Camp and previous Ultra Marathon events. However, after a few years away from endurance challenges and a difficult period with her health, this will be a huge physical and mental test requiring around 12–14 hours continuous climbing and descending.😊

She is taking on the challenge in support of Claire House Children’s Hospice, which provides vital care and support to seriously and terminally ill children and their families in Merseyside🫂

Any donation, no matter how small, would be hugely appreciated and will help support the amazing work Claire House does every day.💜

Not only has he achieved this qualification, but he’s done it whilst delivering exceptional work day to day, supporting our clients, managing applications, chasing providers and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Watching Jake grow in confidence and capability has been such a privilege. And it’s moments like this that remind me how passionate I am about bringing new talent into our profession.
We’ve now supported multiple apprentices through their journey — with one already fully qualified, Jake now at the completion of his programme, and another talented apprentice progressing brilliantly within the business today.
