We have sent out over 200 referral payments so far. During the process, we ran into a few issues that caused delays with payouts, but we will continue sending payments out through June.

Please remember:
• Your referral MUST list your name on the intake form or no payment will be issued.
• Both clients must file with Qween’s Financial to qualify.
• Both returns must be funded.
• Fees must be paid in full.

The car giveaway will be hosted once all referral payments have been paid out in full.

Qween’s customers, we are currently in the process of uploading all 2025 tax returns into your client folders so you will have access to your return at all times. We plan to have this completed for all clients by the end of May.

If you receive an email notification about a new document uploaded, it is simply a copy of your tax return being added to your portal.

Good morning!

While we prepare taxes year-round, the opportunity to qualify for the referral bonus has officially ended.

This year, we’re doing things a little differently due to several returned checks last year. Referral rewards will now be issued either by text (gift card) or by mail—your choice.

Please allow us time to reach out. If you haven’t heard from us by the end of May, contact your tax preparer for an update.

Also, a reminder: it was your referral responsibility to include your name on the client’s intake form. If your name was not listed, the referral bonus will not be issued.

Hey clients 💕 I love y’all to death, but let’s clear something up.

Every single year the fees are the same — preparer fee, bank fee, and loan/advance fee (if you chose an advance). When you check Where’s My Refund or look at your transcript, that amount is BEFORE fees are taken out.

Pleaseeeee stop thinking your preparer got over on you because the deposit is smaller than the refund amount shown by the IRS.

Also, it is VERY important that you review your documents when your preparer sends them. I don’t care if it’s 71 pages long — take 30 minutes out of your day to read through your return and ask questions.

As adults, we have to get comfortable reading documents before we sign them.

My clients already know — don’t trust me so much that you sign without reading. Yes, I’m transparent. But I’m human, and humans make mistakes. That’s why I need your eyes as my second set of eyes.

When I ask you to review your return, it’s not just a formality — it’s protection for both of us. 💛

Taxpayers, please note:

If your refund is reduced, the tax preparer fee will be deducted from the reduced refund amount. However, preparer fees cannot be lowered or waived due to IRS debts, offsets, or other reductions. The fee remains the same regardless.

Also, remember that any advance loan you received, along with applicable interest and fees, will be deducted directly from your refund.
