Big news, and it's now permanent.

The Qualified Business Income deduction provides up to 20% off qualified income for pass-through owners and is no longer set to expire. If you run an S-corp, partnership, or sole proprietorship, this changes how you can plan.

Permanent doesn't mean automatic. Eligibility still depends on your entity type, income level, and industry. Talk to your CPA about what it means for your specific structure.
