As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference by introducing homeowners to the benefits of solar energy. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships with customers and have a passion for sales.
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads with Events and Door 2 Door knocking and on solar installations while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. You'll have the freedom to work independently and manage your time effectively while utilizing your persuasive sales techniques to convince homeowners to make the switch to solar energy.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and commercial properties to generate leads for solar energy solutions
* Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and how our products can meet their needs
* Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend the best solar solution for their home or business
* Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
* In certain States we also offer Community Solar , which is for Homeowners, Rentals and Apartments and also individuals not interested in getting Solar or does not pass credit to get Solar . Only looking for individuals for Community Solar in Colorado , Delaware, Illinois, Maine , Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island , Virginia and Washington DC or Willing to sell in these States.

Compensation:
* Commission Based + Bonuses
* Average earnings for renewable energy consultants fall between 52K - 132K/ year
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in door-to-door sales or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus, but not required
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $52,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday and Weekends are available too.
