🌎 Do You Have a Bank Account Outside the U.S.? 🌎

You may be required to file an FBAR (Foreign Bank Account Report) — and penalties for not filing can be HUGE.

⚠️ You must file if the total value of your foreign accounts exceeded $10,000 at any time during the year.

This includes:
✔️ Personal foreign bank accounts
✔️ Business accounts
✔️ Accounts where you have signature authority
✔️ Joint accounts

The deadline is April 15 (with an automatic extension to October 15).
