Ok So today I was contacted by a client that said he owe the IRS 20k 😖He told me the lady that did his taxes the previous year put he had a business. The problem is he doesn't and can't prove these expenses she added.

Wow so now we will set up a payment plan and see what she did to his other taxes for the previous years.

The fuel credit was once very popular in getting people the max amount in taxes. Some were seeing 15k to 20k in tax refunds. The only problem with this is that the fuel ⛽️ credit is for oil that has no color and it’s for off the road vehicles such as; air planes ✈️ and boats 🚤.

One person taxes I’ve seen had this fuel ⛽️ credit but had a clothing store. Now she has explain how she qualify for this credit.

And the person that did her taxes is MIA.

🛑Your tax preparer should not ask you for your AGI from previous year unless it’s to amend your taxes. If you have your w2s no need to ask. Some tax preparers are using Turbo Tax which would make you reliable for anything they put on your taxes. Unlike a registered tax preparer we are required to hold a PTIN so that we are identified by the IRS.‼️

⚠️ That fuel credit will cost you! Please be advised many tax preparers are adding the fuel ⛽️ credit to people tax returns. This credit is for off the road business only. Yes it will give you $20k back. But it will have you paying back 40k in the long run. Don’t fall for it this tax season. If you need this credit removed contact me‼️

Big Red Flag 🚩🚩🚩 your refund normally be $4,000 but a tax preparer tell you they can double that. If you haven't done anything different to your federal withholdings or had a income cut. 9 times out of 10 you don't qualify for credits to get you more money back 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Just got contacted by a person that showed me they owe the IRS a lot of money all because someone not a real tax business put a business on his taxes😒 Now he owe and in jeopardy of getting his paychecks garnished. Aways read the fine print 🚨‼️.

I will amend and take this fraudulent business off this should put him in the green from garnishment. Unfortunately he does have to pay that that tax money he wasn’t in title to.
