If your return includes:
Earned income Tax credit (EITC)
Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC)
👉 Your entire refund is delayed, even if only part comes from those credits.
What to expect
❌ No PATH refunds before February 15
⏳ Most refunds arrive late February to early March
🚀 Filing early does not imply you will receive the refund earlier .
