Just two weeks ago, this buyer family sat down with me to start the search for their perfect lake home. They weren’t exactly sure what they wanted, but they knew they wanted to be on the water.

On Saturday, we spent the morning touring several properties, and before the day was over, they found the one. This afternoon, we discussed offer strategy, put together a strong offer, and I’m excited to share that it was accepted!

🏡✨ Congratulations to my buyer family on their beautiful new riverfront home!

This one is extra special. They first laid eyes on this home nearly two years ago, and today, it officially became theirs.

Real estate has a funny way of reminding us that what’s meant for you won’t pass you by. There were twists, turns, waiting, and patience along the way, but in the end, the right door opened at exactly the right time.

🏡 Home buying tip: Don’t focus only on the purchase price… focus on the MONTHLY PAYMENT. 👏🏻

It’s easy to fall in love with a home because of the price tag, but what really matters is how that payment fits into your everyday life.

A lower-priced home with higher taxes, insurance, or interest rates could actually cost MORE monthly than a higher-priced home with better financing terms.

When house hunting, ask yourself:
✔️ What will my estimated monthly payment be?
✔️ Does this payment fit comfortably into my budget?
✔️ Will I still have room for savings, vacations, sports, and LIFE?

📈 White County market update!

The spring market is definitely heating up. After a slower start to the year, total volume sold in White County saw a HUGE jump in April and stayed strong through May. Buyers are out, homes are moving, and confidence in the market is growing heading into summer. ☀️🏡

What does this mean for you?
➡️ Sellers: Buyer activity is picking up, and properly priced homes are getting attention fast.
➡️ Buyers: Inventory is still giving opportunities, but competition is starting to increase.
