In my 10th year, I am growing fast!

The need to bring on additional colleagues to help manage the workflow has begun. Please let me introduce you to Stacy, from Footville, WI. We have been long-time friends, and she's been on my Mary Kay Team almost as long as I have been an Ind. Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay. She brings along nearly 10 years of Accounting experience. Although you may not get to hear from her directly, she will be supporting me behind-the-scenes here at Graves Accounting & Business Management. I am excited to know that going into 2027 and beyond, I will be able to continue to add new clients to my roster and deliver the same quality of service you've come to know.

As I continue to grow, I will add more support colleagues to my team. I have another person in mind for this position, maybe as early as Spring of 2027. This is truly a milestone moment for my business, and so happy to have Stacy be the first to take that step with me! Please help me warmly welcome her aboard!!

One of my newer clients moved from accountant-based desktop software to QB Online software earlier this year. I assisted them with the move and syncing their banking, training on how to use the software, etc. Now what used to take hours of input, reconciling, and more, was done in half an hour. It's a collaborative effort between my client coding weekly transactions that import and my time to review coding and reconcile. They stay in communication with me and on top of their books, so everything is organized and functions smoothly! This migration also put the client in control vs having to rely on the accountant to get them their business info, reports, and more. I'm always grateful to witness the freedom collaborative accounting creates for business owners!

Accounting for daily transactions got you down? QB Online simplifies this process by syncing your banking. It imports all data that flows through the account and you just have to code it, aka select the correct expense or income category. The system is intuitive, so over time, it recognizes similar transactions and prompts you for the category. You can post individual transactions or do batch postings for similar items.
