Everyone thinks hiring is scaling. I learned the hard way—it won't.

Adding people to chaotic operations just scales the chaos faster. If you’re a solo operator ready to scale, stop doing and start documenting.

Here is the 3-step playbook I used to shift from a bottleneck to a business owner:

1. Build the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)If you can't teach it, it can't be scaled. Record your screen. Write down exactly how you do your core tasks. Turn your expertise into a repeatable framework.
