Our annual CRBT/CBT all-staff retreat was out of this world! 🚀

We were honored to welcome guest speaker Matt Stutzman and panelists John Rodriguez, Tom Pientok, Teresa Jensen, John Rife, and Autumn Paine. A special thank-you to each of them for the stories, experiences, and perspectives they shared with us.

Our final mission took employees into the community to volunteer with local organizations. The perfect finish to one stellar day! 🌎✨

Our branches will be closed on Monday, October 12, in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Each year, this day also marks our all-staff retreat — a time for reflection, collaboration, and service. In the afternoon, our team members will volunteer with local non-profits, supporting the people and organizations that make our communities stronger.

Between rounds, everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by Moment in Thyme.
