At SBA Services, I spend a lot of time focusing on my clients' numbers, growth, and bottom lines. But I’m a firm believer that to be the best advisor I can be, I have to prioritize a well-rounded approach to my own growth, too.

In June, I traveled down to Orlando for the Scaling New Heights accounting conference. It was an incredible opportunity to sharpen my professional skills, dive deep into the latest industry updates, and ensure SBA Services is always bringing top-tier expertise to the table.

But July? July was all about recharging so I can keep showing up for my clients at 100%. I temporarily stepped away from the spreadsheets to attend a 3-day religious convention, completely unplugged to go tent camping with family and friends, and even cheered on the USA vs Spain rugby match!

Building a successful business is vital, but tending to your emotional and mental well-being is the engine that actually keeps you going. When we nurture our minds and spirits, we show up so much stronger for our clients and our communities.

Here is a glimpse into both the professional and personal sides of my summer! 📸
