Treeline Associates, Inc. helps nonprofit and for-profit organizations thrive with practical, people-focused support, strategy, and solutions.

We’re proud to be Your Organization’s Champion — partnering with our clients, celebrating their wins, and helpin Your Business Champion (YBC) is a division of Treeline Associates, Inc (Treeline) that focuses on small business and start-up, for-profit organizations. Treeline was founded in the spring of 1998 as a professional association management company for international and national non-profit clients and has since expanded to provide services to state and local non-profit organizations. In 2007, Treeline recognized the need in the for-profit world for a sort of “one-stop shop” for small business owners, and we expanded our services to include for-profit organizations. As this division of our company grew we felt it was necessary to separate the non-profit expertise from the for-profit expertise, and Your Business Champion was created. Many of our team members are certified and/or are members of a number of professional associations in their areas of expertise. We believe in offering the highest quality employees and constantly encourage growth internally through continuing education. "You have a great idea, let us be your biggest champion. Having a fully virtual team can come with many challenges. When we converted to virtual in 2011 one of the biggest things I missed was the sense of team that was fostered in our old office. It was nice to be home with my son, but hard to connect to the people I worked with.

We started implementing monthly coffee meet ups for the local team, and it helped tremendously. 15 years later, our team has changed and grown quite a bit, but the coffee meetings are still one of my favorite parts.

Big things are happening at Treeline — and we’re pretty excited about them. 🌳✨

Since 1998, Treeline Associates, Inc. has been helping organizations grow under the leadership of Michael Palmer. He has embraced innovation at every turn, moving our company forward with skills, determination, and sometimes pure grit.

Now it's my turn to carry on his legacy - because Michael Palmer has officially retired! 🥳 🥳 No more sitting at a desk all day, now he gets to be in the woods (his favorite place), working on his tractor and spending quality time with his family and friends.

As I step into the role of President, I’m excited, grateful, and VERY ready for what comes next.

For my first order of business, Your Business Champion (YBC) is officially coming back under the Treeline Associates name, bringing everything together under one brand, one team, and one shared mission for both non-profits and for-profits. This account (formerly YBC) is now the official new Facebook home for Treeline Associates, Inc.

Going forward, this page will better reflect how Treeline actually feels — energetic, collaborative, people-focused, occasionally chaotic (in the best way), and full of really great humans doing really great work.

You’ll be seeing more of our incredible clients, more of the team behind the scenes, more wins, celebrations, milestones, stories, and a whole lot more of the personality that makes Treeline, Treeline.
