The 2026 GGOB Conference agenda is taking shape, and this year is built for people who need more than inspiration.

Across three days in St. Louis, you’ll experience mainstage speakers, hands-on workshops, practitioner-led sessions, small group discussions, All-Star stories, and networking with leaders navigating the same pressures you are.

And for CEOs, owners, and executive leaders, the experience begins with the CEO Summit. This focused pre-conference day is designed for candid peer discussion around growth, strategy, engagement, benchmarking, AI, and succession.

This year’s theme is Gateway to Potential: From Possible to Powerful.

Because unlocking the potential inside your people and your business takes more than possibility alone. It takes clarity, alignment, ownership, and the right conversations with people doing the work.

What if your people are your competitive advantage?

That question sits at the heart of our opening keynote at The Great Game of Business Conference 2026.

We’re excited to welcome Kaihan Krippendorff to the stage for Winning the Next Game: Your People Are Your Competitive Advantage.

In a year shaped by AI, economic pressure, talent challenges, and constant change, the companies that pull ahead will do more than adopt new tools. They will help people see what matters most, align around it, and act on it.

That’s why Kaihan’s message is such a strong fit for this year’s theme: Gateway to Potential: From Possible to Powerful.

Swipe through to see what you’ll take away and why this keynote matters for leaders who need to turn strategy into daily action, move faster through uncertainty, and unlock more from their people.

Join us in St. Louis, September 1–3, 2026.

From Greene County to SRC, one truth stands out: when people are trusted with the truth, they rise to it.

In this clip from Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid, Cindy Stein shares how Greene County went from the edge of bankruptcy to a thriving county by bringing citizens into the process through The Great Game of Business. Jack Stack builds on that idea with a message we believe deeply: this is the right path.

When people understand the numbers, have a voice, and share responsibility for the outcome, they make better decisions and build stronger organizations and communities.

Here’s a glimpse of the story behind our upcoming national commercial airing.

One of the most powerful ideas in the Great Game of Business is this: when people understand the business, they do more than just their jobs. They think like owners, make smarter decisions, and help share the pressure leaders carry every day.

Our Viewpoint with Dennis Quaid commercial is scheduled to air nationally tonight during prime time on Fox Business Network at 7:00 PM Central Time.

This week in DC, we got to spend time with some truly incredible leaders who are changing how work works.
Huge thanks to the champions who are helping create better jobs and stronger workplaces:
Tom Strong – National Fund for Workforce Solutions
Bonny Yeager – Partner4Work
Bishara Addison – Fund For Our Economic Future

And to the practitioners leading the way inside their companies:
• Jessica Borza - Pondi's
• Alexis Bovalino - Burgatory Bar
• Dr. Jennie Jimenez- SuperSuds Laundromat

Special appreciation to Anne-Claire Broughton for coaching teams to put these ideas into action every day.

These leaders are proof that when people understand the numbers, see how they’re keeping score, and are trusted to improve the business, better jobs follow.

We’re grateful to be in community with people like this.

Kristi Stringer started her journey with The Great Game of Business early in her career, and over the past 18 years, she’s helped shape what GGOB is today in ways that touch nearly every corner of our community.

From early coaching partnerships to helping build what’s next for GGOB, Kristi’s fingerprints are all over this organization. But just as importantly, she’s built deep, meaningful relationships with the leaders and teams who are out there transforming lives through The Game every day.

She’s helped create experiences that thousands of people have walked away from changed. Through the Conference alone, more than 10,000 leaders and employees have experienced GGOB over the past 18 years, and that doesn’t begin to capture the ripple effect of the relationships she’s built and the work she’s done behind the scenes, year after year.

Thank you, Kristi, for the heart, creativity, and long-term commitment you’ve poured into this community. Your impact is real, and it’s still growing.
