💗 Important Updates to Our Office Policies 💗
We want to say thank you for your continued support and understanding. We’ve held off on making changes for as long as we possibly could, but unfortunately, the time has come for us to make a few necessary updates.
Here’s what’s changing:
📌 1. Rush & Urgency Fees
Preparation that require rush (less than 7 days to complete) or urgent (less than 3 days) service will be subject to a fee starting at $100 or 20% of your total preparation fee.
📌 2. Tax Preparation Pricing
We haven’t raised our prices in almost 10 years! With the rising cost (paper, ink, programs, insurance, fuel, etc.) of doing business means we must adjust our pricing. You will see an increase in the hourly cost of preparation and forms.
📌 3. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for the first missed appointment. The fee will rise with continued missed appointments.
We truly hate having to do this, but with the rising cost of everything, we have to make some adjustments to keep our business running and continue providing you with the service you deserve.
We know nobody likes price increases or new fees, and trust us, and we don’t like implementing them either! ❤️ The reality is that our costs have continued to rise, and without these changes, we’re making less than we were just a few years ago.
We are so grateful for every client who trusts us with their taxes year after year. Your support means the world to our family-owned business, and we never take it for granted.
