Hello Tax Family,

Please use my cell phone as a secondary contact source. The office is 318-666-1090. I don’t mind you reaching out to me if you have attempted to contact the office and haven’t received a response in a timely matter.

I will answer each and every question you have but at a respectful time. Anytime before 7:00 A.M. I am dealing with my children before school. Please refrain from calling me before 7:00 AM.

Please refrain from calling after 8:00 P.M.

If you feel your issue is urgent and you just can’t wait, please send me a text and if I am able to respond I will.

Customers please understand we have absolutely no control over when the IRS releases your refund. As a Tax Preparation company our job is to simply prepare your tax returns. During this process we will explain new tax laws that are related to your financial situation. Every return is reviewed thoroughly by the tax payer (yourself) and preparer before submitted. It is important that your review your documentation before signing.

Once the return is submitted there can be no changes made. If something is incorrect on your return after it’s submitted we will need to file an amendment to correct it.

You guys are aware that I work mostly alone. I try my best to respond to your messages even if it’s at 10 o’clock on a Sunday night or 5:30 on Monday morning.

I have the best prices in town and if you find a more affordable price for the exact service I provide I will match it. I don’t even increase my prices. I charge you the same amount every year. Even with the economy changing I don’t charge you a different rate. I really do everything I can to keep you guys happy.

Every year around this time many clients become frustrated with not receiving a date for their refund. That’s beyond my control. If it was up to me you guys would have your funds the day you file. We don’t receive payment until you receive your funds. So please understand if we could control it we would.

If you're refund was approved and you had a date for Today, March 3, 2021. Please be patient with the banks while they process funds to your account. The banks are not receiving any notice from IRS that the funds are coming in and it is quite overwhelming. Your funds will be deposited into your account. There is no issue with your refund or account. If you have any other questions please call the office at 318-632-7890. We appreciate each of you.
