Taylor and Matt had a great time participating in the local The Northern Macomb Regional Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing last week! It was a great day on the course filled with friendly competition, networking, and the opportunity to connect with some amazing local businesses.

We were proud to golf alongside fellow members of our business community and appreciate everyone who helped make the event a success. Building relationships and supporting one another is what makes our local business community so strong.

What a fantastic day at our 2026 Summer Client Appreciation Picnic!

We loved spending time with our wonderful clients, families, and friends at Three Oaks Golf Center for an evening filled with great food, fun, and fellowship. Guests enjoyed a delicious BBQ dinner, friendly competition on the mini golf course, time at the driving range with Pro Kevin Kungel, sweet treats from the ice cream truck, face painting with Ms. Sparkles and live music that kept the energy high throughout the event.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year's summer event such a memorable success. We truly value the relationships we've built and appreciate the opportunity to celebrate together outside the office.

We're already looking forward to next year! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Marysville Shred Day!
We were thrilled to see so many community members take advantage of the opportunity to securely dispose of sensitive documents and help protect themselves from identity theft. Events like these are a great reminder of importance of safeguarding personal info while keeping our homes and offices organized.

A special thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a success. Especially to Mark and Steve who have sponsored this shred event for many years. Tarr Financial is committed to continuing this tradition for many years to come. Also, a shout out to Jeff Kudera from Xtreme Shreds who came out for the day to support the local community. Memorial Day gives us a chance to pause and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are grateful for their courage, their sacrifice, and the freedom we continue to experience because of them.

Today, we honor those who never came home, and we keep their families and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.

Greg has been involved with Youth For Christ for many years, so it was especially meaningful for him to attend and support an organization that continues to invest in students and families throughout our community.

Grateful for the people behind ministries like this and the impact they make every day.

Six years! What an incredible journey it’s been watching Greg and Lynn’s son, Greg Jr., grow and accomplish so much both on and off the field at University of Michigan.

This month, Greg officially wrapped up both his college football career and his time at Michigan.

Academically, he earned his Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Ross School of Business, adding to his Master’s Degree in Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration.

He also served as Class President for the Master’s in Management program during the 2024–2025 academic year.

On the field, Greg was named Michigan Football’s Specialist of the Year for the 2025 season. He was also recognized as a Patrick Mannelly Award Semifinalist, William V. Campbell Trophy Semifinalist, and All-Big Ten selection.

Over the course of his six years, he was part of teams that achieved so much, including:
• Three consecutive Big Ten Championships (2021, 2022, 2023)
• 2023 National Champions
• 2021 Orange Bowl appearance
• 2022 Fiesta Bowl appearance
• 2023 Rose Bowl appearance
• 2024 ReliaQuest Bowl appearance
• 2025 Citrus Bowl appearance

He was also honored as a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, earned Academic All-Big Ten honors five times, and became a four-time letter winner.

We couldn’t be more proud of the perseverance, discipline, leadership, and growth he’s shown throughout these six years. Excited to see what’s next and grateful for everyone who has supported and encouraged him along the way.
