This changed everything.

"It is finished." (John 19:30)

But before those final words were spoken, Jesus endured what no words can ever fully capture.

He was betrayed by a close friend.

Disowned three times by another.

Abandoned by nearly all who had followed Him.

He stood silent before His accusers as false charges were hurled and crowds demanded His death.

A crown of thorns was mockingly pressed into His skull. Soldiers beat Him nearly to death with dozens of brutal lashes.

Then He carried the heavy cross through the crowded streets of Jerusalem, the wood pressing into His open wounds.

At Golgotha, overlooking Jerusalem, the soldiers drove nails through His hands and feet and lifted Him on a cross between two criminals.

For hours, the weight of all of humanity’s sin hung on His shoulders.

The Son of God, who had never known sin.

He could have called upon angels.

He could have come down from the cross.

But He didn’t.

The sky went dark. The earth shook.

The veil of the temple was torn in two.

And Jesus gave up His spirit.

It was finished.

But this death did not mean defeat, as many people thought.

It was part of God’s rescue mission to save humanity from all of their mistakes.

Somehow, the darkest day in human history is called Good Friday.

Because it wasn’t the end of the story.

The resurrection was coming.

Tips for Conducting an Effective SWOT Analysis

𝑫𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒂 𝑪𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑶𝒃𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆:

Before starting, clarify what you're analyzing—whether it's a product, team, department, or the entire organization. This ensures the SWOT is focused and actionable.
Gather Diverse Perspectives

Involve team members from different roles and levels. A cross-functional group brings varied insights and helps uncover blind spots.
Use Real Data

Support your strengths and weaknesses with actual performance metrics, customer feedback, or market research. This adds credibility and depth to your analysis.
Be Honest and Critical

Avoid sugar-coating weaknesses or overstating strengths. A candid assessment leads to more meaningful strategies.

𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑷𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒔:

Don’t overload each quadrant. Focus on the most impactful items—typically 3–5 per category—to maintain clarity and direction.

𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒙:

Use a simple 2x2 grid to organize your SWOT. This makes it easier to digest and share with stakeholders.
Identify Strategic Actions

After completing the matrix, ask: How can we use our strengths to seize opportunities? How can we mitigate weaknesses to avoid threats? This bridges analysis with ex*****on.
Review and Update Regularly

SWOT isn’t a one-time exercise. Revisit it periodically—especially after major changes or milestones—to keep strategies aligned with reality.
Integrate with Planning

Use SWOT findings to inform business plans, marketing strategies, or operational improvements. It should feed directly into decision-making.
Leverage Technology

Consider using collaborative tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or SWOT-specific templates in project management platforms to streamline the process.
