Strengthening Project Management & Estimating
Building strong Project Management and Estimating teams takes more than adding headcount — it requires the right structure, training, and tools to support them
As part of our continued focus on building strong teams and processes, we made a deliberate change in how we approach Estimating and Project Management at M&W Precast Supply.
Historically, these responsibilities were often combined—individuals balancing estimating and project management at the same time. In 2025, we intentionally separated those roles to allow each team to focus on what they do best.
Our Estimating team is now solely focused on responding to quote requests. This shift allows for improved responsiveness, faster turnaround times, and greater consistency during the bidding process.
Once a project is awarded, it transitions to our Project Management team. At that point, the Project Manager becomes the customer’s primary point of contact—working through submittals, coordinating customer schedules, aligning with our production timelines, and paving the way for a smooth production and shipping process.
Both teams are led by Nadine Brennen, who brings over 20 years of experience in the precast industry, having served in many roles across the business. Nadine also serves as President of the Pennsylvania Precast Association (PPA), providing valuable industry perspective and leadership that strengthens our internal teams and supports best practices across our operations.
Our Estimating and Project Management teams are intentionally built with a balance of seasoned industry professionals and emerging talent—individuals new to the industry who bring strong values, drive, and a commitment to learning. This blend of experience and fresh perspective allows us to maintain high standards today while continuing to build capability for the future.
This structure creates clearer ownership, better communication, and fewer handoffs—helping ensure projects move from award to delivery in a more predictable and efficient manner.
