Our Summer 2026 intern class landed at our Dublin office yesterday and we could not be more excited to have them.

Orientation was packed from start to finish. Training, systems, a practice area panel, and a real look at how we work. Then we wrapped the day with an evening out together.

Golf mascots, Rea edition. 🐻⭐🐅

But behind the laughs was something much bigger. The Rea Foundation Golf Outing brings our team and community together every year to support a cause we believe in deeply: investing in Ohio.

The Rea Foundation is our nonprofit corporation for charitable giving, focused on strengthening the communities we live and work in. In 2025 alone, the Foundation assisted 28 nonprofit organizations, distributed more than $123,000 in financial gifts, and provided more than $40,000 in scholarships.

Service above self has been part of who we are since 1938. Days like this are how we keep that promise.

Career Readiness Day 2026 exceeded every expectation. It was energizing to see the next generation of business professionals walk through our doors, ask thoughtful questions, and leave with a clearer picture of where their careers could take them.

To every student who joined us in Dublin — thank you for showing up with curiosity and enthusiasm. We can't wait to see where your journeys lead.

Busy season is finally behind us, and our team wasted no time celebrating last week.
