City Clerk's office is open for Saturday hours today, October 31, 2026 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm for Election Business ONLY, you can register to vote, sign up for an absentee ballot, or return your completed absentee ballot. 🗳️

Early in-person voting is also happening today from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, at the

Police are currently responding to an incident in the area of the Madison Place Shopping Complex on John R just south of 14 Mile as of October 30, 2026 at 2:35pm. Residents are asked to avoid the area and follow instructions from law enforcement. There is no immediate danger to the public. Starting with this November election, for all Presidential Primary, Presidential General, and Gubernatorial General Elections, City Hall and the Madison Heights Active Adult Center - AAC will be closed to regular public business on Election Day. This includes the City Manager's office, HR, Finance and Community & Economic Development business services.

Tuesday, November 3, 2026, City Clerk's Office and AAC building will be open for ELECTION BUSINESS ONLY.
Normal office hours and services will resume on Wednesday, November 4th.
