We have closed the books on another filing season. Extensions have been filed for French & French clients whose tax returns have not been filed whether these are returns that were completed but not picked up, in progress, or not yet begun.

Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday. We will reopen with normal hours on Monday.

We appreciate the patronage of our clients and thank you for another successful filing season.

Our office will be closed on April 16th & 17th for our End of Tax Season holiday. We will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, April 20, 2026.

The filing deadline for individual income tax returns is Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

We are filing extensions for our existing clients whose returns have not been prepared/filed by the deadline. The extended deadline will be October 15, 2026.

FYI - if you have issues pending with the IRS……

The longest government shutdown in U.S. history is now over. The backlog of work, however, remains. As the IRS scrambles to get back to business as usual, expect delays.

Since the IRS will not be processing power of attorney applications, our clients may want to create an online account with the IRS. This will allow you to access your personal with this, please contact us

Looks like the shutdown will be affecting IRS operations.

Power of Attorney forms will not be processed. As such, F&F will not be able to obtain authorization for the IRS to communicate directly with us regarding your tax situation

Other paper processesed items will also be on hold as well as amended returns, redund checks, etc

Today, October 15, 2025, is the end of the 2025 filing season (tax year=2024). We are thankful for our clients who put their trust in us to meet their accounting needs and maintain their compliance with tax regulations.

To mark the end of the season, our office will be closed on Friday October 17 to give our staff some extra time to rest & recuperate.

We will reopen for normal hours on Monday.

Extensions of time to file are running out:

Trusts & Estates extended due date is September 30 2025

Individuals extended due date is October 15, 2025.

No further extensions are available so be sure your returns are filed.

Today is Sunday April 13, 2025, and there are 2 days left to file your 2024 tax returns.

For our clients: any returns that have not yet been picked up or completed will be extended. Furthermore, if you are on our client list (i.e. we prepared your 2023 tax return) then, as a courtesy, we have filed an extension on your behalf.

Our office will be closed on Wednesday, April 16 for our tax holiday! Also, we will be closing early on April 15th.
