This year, Lisa Wyrick (25 years), Brenda Shepherd (29 years), and Allyson Phillips (25 years) hit milestones that go far beyond tenure.
They were there before TVAMP was even TVAMP... answering calls, solving problems, and building the kind of client experience people remember.
In 2006, when the founders (Jeff Foster, Scott Fisher, and Jeff Sweat) decided to step away and build something independent, they didn’t do it alone. Lisa, Brenda, and Allyson made the same call… And left the security of an established firm for something that had no guarantee of working out. No safety net, no proven roadmap. Just a belief in the people they’d worked alongside and in what those people were trying to build.
Decades later, they’re still the steady, familiar voices our clients rely on. They’ve walked through life alongside the families we serve and helped shape the firm we are today.
We’re grateful for these three women, and we know our clients are, too. 💛
