U.S. oil exports hit a record 5.73 million barrels per day in May, highlighting the vital role American producers play in global energy security. Strong domestic production and exports remain critical to a reliable, affordable energy supply.

U.S. crude oil output fell about 2% in May from a record in April, while exports hit a record high for the second-consecutive month, according to data published ​by the U.S. Energy Information Administration on Friday.

A win for Montana's economy and American energy. Responsible leasing is delivering jobs, investment, and more than $130 million in revenue.

The Bureau of Land Management leased 63 parcels totaling 27,330 acres in Montana/Dakotas for $130,207,102 in total receipts during a quarterly oil and gas lease sale.

Investment in American energy continues to gain momentum. EON Resources has launched the first phase of a 92-well drilling program in New Mexico, another sign that innovation, responsible development, and long-term planning are driving the future of U.S. oil production.

The company says 10 horizontal wells are expected in the San Andres by year’s end.
