IR-2025-111, Nov. 13, 2025 — The Internal Revenue Service announced today that the amount individuals can contribute to their 401(k) plans in 2026 has increased to $24,500, up from $23,500 for 2025.

Tax Tip 2025-66, Oct. 7, 2025 — The extension deadline to file taxes is less than two weeks away. Most taxpayers who requested an extension to file their 2024 tax return must file by Wednesday, Oct. 15, to avoid a penalty for filing late.

Update for those who prefer refunds to be sent by checks

IR-2025-94, Sept. 23, 2025 — The Internal Revenue Service, working with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, today announced that paper tax refund checks for individual taxpayers will be phased out beginning on Sept. 30, 2025, as required by Executive Order 14247, to the extent permitted by law.

IR-2025-65, June 6, 2025 — The Internal Revenue Service today reminded taxpayers that second quarter 2025 estimated tax payment is due Monday, June 16.

What you can do with SafeSend:
• Upload your tax documents to us
• Receive your completed tax return
• Electronically sign requested documents
