Joshua, an Air Force Academy Graduate, Veteran, Non - Profit Advisor and owner of Pine Creek Financial Group LLC is active in the community with various foundations and consumer interests. Initially, Joshua had a small stake in the business of brokering mortgages but quickly found that mortgages impact Veterans and consumers which requires integrity, honesty, and tenacity to acquire the proper loans.
Neil Erickson, COO and Colorado native, comes with a diversified background of C level management skills grown through hard work and ingenuity. As a native, he has seen 40 years of growth and change in our community and brings strategic partnerships to the team. His goals include assisting clients through commercial and residential finance, and building active groups within the industry so that the best experience is received from all parties personal and business.
The Pine Creek Financial Group team includes many talented loan originators with amazing skill sets and a diversity of backgrounds. Collectively we work together to achieve the goals of each of our clients. Our strength is built on a wide range of products from commercial to residential, government programs to down payment assistance, we have it all. Our goal is to educate clients and help them make the best-informed decisions on one of the most significant purchases they will make.
