Go online and search the great Colorado payback. You will find a link to a Colorado Department of Revenue website (.gov) that will tell you if you have unclaimed money. It's legit and it's easy.

I want to address an important shortcoming in the Child Tax Credit. The credit is for children under the age of 17 at the end of the tax year. UNDER 17? Who came up with that?!?

Let us use this time off work to say to our congress with a loud voice, "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?' Teenagers don't cost less than young children.

EXTEND THE CHILD TAX CREDIT TO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 19 PLUS FULL-TIME DEPENDENT STUUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 23.

Change this strangely arbitrary federal tax credit. WRITE YOUR STATE AND FEDERAL CONGRESS PEOPLE AND SENATORS.

You have the time now. Make that time count.

In all the time this credit has existed, I have heard disbelief but no rumblings to change it. Let's create a ROAR!
