Hello everyone and happy April 15th !!! As we approach the regular deadline, we would like to thank every one of our clients and friends who once again, overwhelmed us with your trust and dedication to our family's 84th tax season. The crazy 10-12+ hours a day will come to an end, but the stories, conversations, laughs, tears and memories of all the people we meet and sit across from will last forever. For those that filed extensions, we DO still look forward to meeting with you and will see you soon, as we continue on a regular hour work week. Happy 2026 to EVERYONE !!! We have gotten confirmation from the IRS that they will start accepting tax returns on January 26th for "most" returns. That is good news, since we thought with all the tax changes for this year, it may be later than normal. Glad to hear that the IRS is right on track with the e-file system.

As for all of the tax law changes, we have been studying and doing our continuing education, to provide the personal service, and most knowledgeable tax service possible.

Make your appointment soon as the phones are already starting to ring. We have appointments available NOW, if you have your income statements ready, or you CAN make your appointment in advance of actually having your tax forms in hand, whether that be February, March, April, or October 15 (with an extension of course). We look forward to seeing you all soon, and if you have referrals for new clients we always welcome that, with the increased staffing and continued improvements that have been made again this year. It’s that time of the year! Tax Season is right around the corner for us and we are already busy preparing for you!!

We are needing some help this year in our back office staff!! This individual would be working Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm, and every other Saturday from 8:30am-3pm. This position requires you to be on your feet a majority of that time. It’s fast paced, and you get to work with GREAT people! 😉🤣

After 2,200 tax returns done so far, in the last 6 weeks, and basically working 12 hour days 6 days a week ... we took a little time to let out some stess with the staff at the end of the night with some line dancing. We work HARD, and need to let loose every now and again. We have an amazing support staff that does so much "behind the scenes", and could not do what we do without them !!!

The IRS is on top of things so far, and has started accepting tax returns already. (Which is about a week earlier than their projection) ... Clearly a good sign to start the season off on the right foot. Yes we have appointments available, and the phone provider "glitch" we experienced today has been resolved. Call tomorrow after 9am and we can get your appointment scheduled. Looking forward to seeing everyone and ready for a fantastic family owned 83rd tax season. 573-358-7414...

Good Morning and Happy 2025. Tax Season is here !!! We have been making improvements to the office for even more secure privacy, smoother scheduling, and increased support staff to help with the current tax filing season. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced that they will begin accepting and processing 2024 individual tax returns on January 27, 2025. We are currently scheduling appointments NOW, and urge you to make your appointment in advance so you get a day and time that fits your schedule. We actually have appointments scheduled this week, and already have some people making appointments for February, March, and April. Thank you all so much for your continued trust and we will see you all soon !!!!

The FINCEN BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP REPORT HAS BEEN REINSTATED!!!

The court order to lift the order to report has been overturned!!! They extended the deadline until Jan 13th, 2025. If you haven’t filed this report and you have an LLC, Business name other than your own with a Federal ID number, partnership, or corporation you MUST FILE THIS!!
