As you may know, each year I take a look at my own business and assess how I can handle things better and more efficiently for clients. As the old saying goes, “Two heads are better than one.” This past year, I began working with WM Peters Company. We quickly realized that we share similar philosophies in both how we approach and service our clients. For that reason and after long and careful consideration, we have decided to merge Bandura CPA, LLC with WM Peters Company, LLC.

The firm name will be WM Peters Company for now. We will be working to determine a new company name and brand identity. The directors for the new company will be Mike Peters, CPA and Anthony Bandura, CPA, with each firm’s employees staying in the same roles.

The following items will not change:
We will now have two office locations:
Mike Peters at 2900 6th Ave. S.
Birmingham, AL 35233
Anthony Bandura at 2700 Corporate Drive, Ste. 200
Birmingham, AL 35242

You will continue to receive great accounting, tax and advisory services to help each client achieve their unique goals.

We will continue to keep you up to date on the latest changes in tax laws so you can make informed decisions throughout the year.

If you have any questions on this merger, please do not hesitate to contact me. We plan to communicate any further changes as they happen in the process of bringing both businesses together.

Best Regards,

Anthony Bandura, CPA

Last year, the General Accounting Office (GAO) warned that millions of taxpayers could owe more in taxes come tax time. To ease the burden on taxpayers, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has advised that penalty relief may be available.
