If you receive this notice, do not scan the QR code or provide any personal or financial information. Scammers are trying to steal your information and digital assets.

That’s a wrap on the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum!

It was fun getting to share this experience with Amy since it was her first Tax Forum. We finished the week learning about the new Trump Accounts, retirement plan guidance, and tax law changes coming in 2026.

One of the things I enjoy most about coming to the Tax Forum is the chance to stay current on new legislation, hear directly from the IRS, and bring practical information back to the office. Tax laws are always changing, and taking the time to learn helps us better serve the individuals and businesses who trust us with their tax and accounting needs.

Day 2 at the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum!

Another full day of learning! So far we’ve covered new tax law changes, AI and how it’s changing the tax profession, cybersecurity, digital asset reporting, and ways to better protect client information.

We even snuck away for a really nourishing lunch and a good cup of coffee. Much-needed brain fuel!

We always enjoy taking what we learn here and putting it to work back at the office. Looking forward to finishing out the day!

We’re halfway through Day 1 at the IRS Nationwide Tax Forum, and we’ve already covered Schedule C issues, 2026 Qualified Business Income updates, ITIN returns, temporary tax deductions under the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” and tax issues for churches, clergy, and nonprofits.

We’re taking a quick break to recharge before heading back for the afternoon sessions. Looking forward to bringing home a lot of good information that will benefit our clients!

Every now and then, Fiona and Pierce come spend a little time at the office learning the basics…filing, organizing, and helping with the little things around here.

They’re not exactly climbing the corporate ladder just yet, but they are earning a little spending money and learning that paychecks usually come with a little work.
