We are a fast-growing accounting firm located in Baldwin NY and looking to hire an Assistant Accountant to our team. This job requires you to handle accounts receivable follow up calls and emails with multiple clients, help and assist senior accountants and managers with other accounting projects as requested time to time. This job is ideal for a high school or college student that want to get into accounting and tax field and potentially pursue a CPA career path. There will be lot of learning and growth opportunities for the right candidate. The candidate should be available 25 to 30 hours per week and schedule can be flexible.

Qualifications required:
1. Fluent in English and have great communication skills
2. Experience in of emails, MS outlook, word, excel
3. Great at follow up and managing multiple projects at the same time
4. Well organized, punctual, and responsible for delivering tasks properly
5. Studying accounting and taxes in high school or in college
6. Should be able to drive to client places when necessary
