Sharing knowledge with the next generation of CPAs! 📚

We’re proud to recognize our very own CPA Taireli Hidalgo, who represented Galíndez LLC as a panelist at “Simposio: La Contabilidad en la Era de la IA,” held at Universidad Ana G. Méndez in Gurabo.

During the “Tax vs. Audit” panel, Taireli joined CPA Karelis Huertas to share professional perspectives with students exploring career opportunities in accounting.

The symposium also brought together industry experts to discuss the growing role of artificial intelligence and how emerging technologies are shaping the profession.

👏 Congratulations, Taireli! We love seeing our team contribute to the professional growth of future accountants in Puerto Rico.

Thank you to the Comité de Capítulos Universitarios (CCU) for the invitation and for creating opportunities to connect students with professionals in the field!

💗 Wherever we are, we're united in PINK!

For Pink Day 2026, our Galíndez LLC team showed their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, whether at the office, working remotely, or traveling!

Inspired by this year's message, “Porque el rosa nos une,” our team wore pink to help raise awareness, encourage early detection, and stand in solidarity with everyone affected by breast cancer.

A special thank you to our colleagues for joining in and showing that support goes beyond our office walls. 💕

🎓 Career conversations continued at UPR Río Piedras!

The Galíndez team recently participated in the FAE 2026 Feria de Empleos e Internados, meeting university students exploring internships and their next steps in the accounting profession.

Sofía Rivera and Jennifer Negrón welcomed students at our table, joined by Galíndez Partners and other team members who spent time answering questions and sharing their own professional experiences.

Following our recent participation in the CCPA Accounting Students Leadership Conference, FAE 2026 gave us another opportunity to meet the future professionals who will help shape accounting in Puerto Rico.

🏥 Galíndez joined healthcare finance professionals and industry leaders at the HFMA Puerto Rico Chapter Annual Healthcare Update 2026, held at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel.

Our team participated throughout the event, with Julio Galíndez, CPA, contributing as a featured presenter. The day also included a special career milestone as Julio received the HFMA Lifetime Award, recognizing his longstanding contributions to Puerto Rico’s healthcare finance community.

Héctor Vázquez, CPA, shared a few words about Julio and his career as part of the recognition, while Taireli Hidalgo, CPA, presented the award certificate. It was a meaningful moment for our team and a fitting recognition of Julio’s connection to the healthcare industry throughout his career.
