First up, Director Dean.. 👇🏼
Before founding Williams Wealth Consultancy, Dean spent 14 years in the British Army, joining straight from school at just 16. What started as a practical decision to gain driving qualifications quickly became a career that took him across the world 🌍
From serving in Germany as part of the British Army of the Rhine, to operational tours in Northern Ireland, the Gulf, and Bosnia, Dean took on a wide range of roles, including Physical Training Instructor, Section Commander, and Recruit Training Instructor.
His time in the Army saw him leading teams, maintaining critical supply lines, and operating in high-pressure environments where resilience and discipline were essential.
The biggest lesson he took from it? 💡
