Bookkeping:
Computerised accounts are produced using our Sage software. Alternatively we use Excel spreadsheets. Computerised Book-Keeping consists of :
Producing Sales Invoices (if required)
Sales and Purchase Day Books
Bank Payments and Receipts
Petty Cash
Nominal Ledger
Bank Reconciliations
VAT Returns
Monthly Statements to customers
Debtors and Creditors lists monthly, or as required

Payroll:


Weekly, two weekly, four weekly or monthly processing is available as required. Itemised payslips or security payslips are supplied. Various employee payment methods are available, BACS, Cheque or Cash. We take care of :
Tax Rate and Code changes
Statutory Payments and Deductions
P45’s for joiners and leavers
P60’s at year end
Submitting data online to HMRC
All you have to do is e-mail, fax or phone us to advise any changes, e.g. overtime and holidays, each pay period and leave the rest to us!
