rica was based in Harare, Zimbabwe , and had operated for more than twenty years throughout the regional , other parts of the African continent and beyond. Royal Business Consult Trust continues to operate from Harare in Zimbabwe, and acts as the implementing agency of the international Labour Organization`s Business Development Service efforts within the region, other parts of the training materials of the International Labour Organization, and have also been given the rights to market these training materials to accredited Business Development Services providers, trainers and consultants within and outside the region
