Sybrand van Dyk is the only member of the corporation. He is registered with SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) and is also an approved training centre, who train students to become Professional Accountants. He completed his Honours Baccalaureus Computationis at Unisa and did his articles with a chartered accounting firm in Lichtenburg. He has wide experience in tax matter
s as he completed his National Army Training with the South African Revenue Services. He also worked in a Corporate Environment for a few years before starting practising full time. The corporation deals with a variety of clients including, construction companies, attorney firms, religious institutions, schools, manufacturing companies, service companies and others. The corporation offers a one stop service to clients as tax practitioners, accounting officers, bookkeepers, auditors, payroll administrators, executors of estates and drafting of testaments and trusts. We handle all registrations and monthly statutory returns like vat, paye, uif and sdl, as well as company and close corporation registrations and changes and also workmen’s compensation registrations and returns. We further offer the following services in conjunction with LDMA Consultants CC and other financial institutions: investments, long- and short term insurance, investments as well as bond originating services. Our offices are situated in Montana Park, Pretoria, but we have clients all over South Africa. No place is too far to work.
