📋 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will assist with processing and managing a range of company secretarial and registration services, including:

🎯 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

* Grade 12 (Matric)
* At least 2 years’ experience in company secretarial administration, CIPC services or a related administrative role
* Familiarity with CIPC registration and compliance processes
* Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines

Experience with online company registration platforms and statutory compliance documentation will be advantageous.
