➡️ Who is a Provisional Taxpayer?
You must register if you earn income that is NOT subject to PAYE, including:

✅ Business/self-employment income
✅ Rental income
✅ Investment income
✅ Directors' fees
✅ Foreign income

Payment Deadlines:
📅 First Payment: End of August (within 6 months of tax year start)
📅 Second Payment: End of February (within tax year)

➡️ What Happens If You Underpay?
If your actual taxable income exceeds your estimate by more than 10%, you may face:

❌ Penalties on the underpayment
