With over 35 years experience in financial services, Paul Austin has a broad range of experience in corporate finance, law, auditing, accounting and tax. He is a member of SAICA, registered with SARS as a tax practitioner, a Registered Financial Service Provider, and has approval from the JSE to do Fairness Opinions for all companies in

cluding mining, property, banking, insurance and other enterprises. Paul studied for a B Com LLB at Stellenbosch University and completed articles at Pim Goldby whilst completing his CTA at the University of Cape Town and CA (SA). Paul worked in Oranjemund for De Beers and in the profession in London, before settling into Baker Musikanth in 1986 (later Mazars). Paul is the sole proprieter of Effortless Corporate Finance and also offers tax, accounting and advisory services.
