Do you know the wealthiest person to have ever lived?

It's not Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos.

Born in 1280, the king of Timbuktu, Mansa Musa is the wealthiest person in history.

It is estimated that his net worth in today's money would be US $900 Billion.

Over 4X wealthier than Elon.

But here's the shocking truth.

I'd argue that you are MUCH wealthier than Mansa Musa.

Here me out.

With all his wealth, King Musa himself could not afford to...

• Travel around the world in a matter of just hours.
• Get the answers to any question within just seconds.
• Access a simple lightbulb, car, iPhone, laptop, TV etc.
• Access today's life-saving surgeries, antibiotics, and vaccines.
• Keep in regular contact with friends/family outside Timbuktu.
• Be instantly entertained through endless movies/series/social media.

We can do all these things with ease.

Yet we all take these things for granted.

It is important to take stock of just how wealthy we all are in our modern world.

Wealthier than the wealthiest person to have ever existed.

So if you ever feel like you're not getting anywhere in life, just remember...

You are one of the wealthiest people to have ever existed.

If someone asks these 9 questions, they're probably a bad investor:

1. Is this the next big trend?
2. Do I really need to diversify?
3. How much can I make in a month?
4. What's the hottest stock right now?
5. How quickly can I double my money?
6. The markets are falling so shouldn't I sell?
7. Should I wait for prices to drop before investing?
8. How can I get double digit returns conservatively?
9. When do you think the markets are going to crash?

Let's face it - the majority of us ask these questions.

Our own emotional human nature makes 99% of us bad investors.

And over decades, we sabotage our own retirement.

But imagine you had a professional that guides your decisions over the next 10/20/30 years.

Think about how much more wealth you might accumulate.

That's exactly what I do for my 90+ clients.

And over the decades, they will all reap massive rewards for our partnership.

Now, if you're ready to break the bad-investor cycle and have your money start working optimally for you, pop me a message.

Who's the better investor?

Tim: 15% per year for 10 years
Mark: 9% per year for 30 years

Most people will say Tim is the better investor...

And that's the problem. Everyone is trying to be Tim.

But people misunderstand what makes a great investor.

It's NOT about who can achieve the best returns.

It's about how can achieve the best SUSTAINABLE returns over the longest period of time.

After 10 years, Tim will continue chasing unsustainable returns and will either lose money or get poor returns.

Mark sits back and let's time do it's thing.

Mark always wins the game.

Be more like Mark.

Aim for long-term sustainability, not crazy returns.

P.S For those interested in the maths on R1m initial invested.

Tim has R4.4 million after 10 years. (Will lose money or get poor returns thereafter)
Mark has R14.8 million after 30 years.

"I'm waiting for rand to strengthen more before going offshore." (Last Week)

Sunday: R17.27 per Dollar
Thursday: R18.53 per Dollar

More than 7% rand depreciation in 4 days.

The above individual has lost 7% return by trying to time the market (just on currency exchange).

So what's the takeaway?

Don't think you're smarter than the market.

If you want to go offshore, don't wait.

Let's chat about how we can Dollar-Cost-Average your money.

Artificial Intelligence is not going anywhere.

Either master AI, or it will master you...

That's why I am actively upskilling and educating myself on AI.

I will stay ahead of the game for myself and for my clients.

And I highly recommend everyone in my network do the same.

Here are 5 great online universities to get started:

1. EdX by Harvard and M.I.T (My choice)
2. Coursera
3. Udemy
4. FutureLearn
5. GetSmarter

In my field of private wealth, here are 5 ways I see AI playing a role:

1. Enhanced fraud detection and security measures..
2. Efficient risk analysis for better decision-making.
3. Automated portfolio management and rebalancing.
4. AI chatbots improve customer support experience.
5. AI aids compliance, reduces risks for institutions.

We are truly living in the most exciting era in human history.

I urge you...

Don't waste it.

Controversial Opinion:

South Africa is not an "Emerging Market."

In 1981, the term "Emerging Market" was coined as a more aspirational alternative to "The Third World."

Unfortunately, most EM economies are not "emerging" at all...

With the exception of China and India, most EM countries are slipping further into the "Third World" for the majority of their citizens.

South Africa slipping at a break-neck pace.

• Unreliable power
• Unreliable rail
• Collapsing infrastructure
• Record corruption
• Record unemployment
• Record crime
• Capital exodus
• Rapid currency depreciation
• The list can go on forever

Just yesterday I was reading an article about how 115 of our top CEO's have to step in to help the government save SA from the brink of collapse.

It's sad.

We have so much to offer the world as a nation.

We should be "Emerging."

But we're going in the wrong direction...

Honestly, I wouldn't bet 100% of my life savings on SA turning the ship around any time soon.

It's simple, pragmatic financial advice to diversify a portion of your wealth offshore into First World/Developed Markets.

It's essential you look into diversifying a portion of your wealth offshore for your and your family's future.

I remember my teacher telling me this riddle in school.

I gave the wrong answer. He laughed.

"Compound Interest" he explained, "is not intuitive, Sean."

"Time, gets exponentially more powerful."

"It's your job to let time work FOR you, not against you."

To this day, I remember those words vividly.

And it's a universal law...

97% of Warren Buffett's wealth came after his 65th birthday.

If he had retired at 65 (like a normal person), you wouldn't know of him.

The best investors are the ones with the most longevity.

Not the ones who necessarily earn the best returns.

Always remember that when you;re scrolling through Instagram/Facebook/TokTok and see someone brag about their unsustainably high returns.

Now...

If you would like time to start working FOR you.

I'd urge you don't waste another second of it.

DM me or book a call using my Calendly link in the comments.

Look forward to guiding you to great wealth.

I know EXACTLY where markets are going.

And I've never been wrong...

And now, I'm going to let you in on the secret.

Here's where markets are going:

Up.

Maybe not next year.

Maybe not even the year after that.

But in 10, 15, 25 years.

It's up.

And myself and my clients will be far richer.

That's the beautiful thing about investing.

You don't need..
- Luck;
- Timing; or
- Millions of Dollars

All you need is to TAKE ACTION.

You need time IN the market.

Then you need to diversify into a portfolio of the world's best quality global assets.

Then kick back, relax and let markets do their thing to make you money.

BUT, here's the golden rule:

The sooner you start, the greater the impact of compound growth.

Now...

Are you ready to begin building your personal global war chest of wealth?

I'm taking on a few more clients this quarter who:

1. Are looking to build their wealth offshore.
2. Have a lump-sum or at least R5k/month to invest.

If you fit into this category, book a strategy call with me.

DM me or use the link in the pinned comment below.

Let's get the ball rolling on your epic journey to robust global wealth.
