I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a small business owner, wife, mother, and retired tennis player. I was born and raised in Hanmer, ON and had the opportunity to pursue a tennis scholarship in Kansas City, MO where I obtained my undergraduate degree in accounting. I went on to obtain my Masters in Accounting in Buffalo, NY and my Certified Public Accounting designation (licensed

in Colorado). I worked at one of the big four accounting firms in Toronto upon graduation and decided to move home where I eventually met my husband. After many years of working at one of the largest local accounting firms in Sudbury, I decided to venture out and open my own accounting firm in 2021. I am the wife, daughter and granddaughter of three hard working small business owners. So I guess you can say entrepreneurship and small business ventures run in my blood. I have seen first hand the business life cycle and the ups and downs of owning a small business. I believe both my personal and professional experience allow me the opportunity to service small business owners and individuals with their bookkeeping, accounting, advisory and tax needs.
