Trong bối cảnh Việt Nam đẩy mạnh cải cách thể chế và nâng cao minh bạch, việc hoàn thiện khung pháp lý kế toán là yêu cầu tất yếu.

Ngày 27/10/2025, Bộ Tài chính ban hành Thông tư 99/2025/TT-BTC thay thế Thông tư 200/2014/TT-BTC, đánh dấu bước tiến quan trọng trong hiện đại hóa hệ thống kế toán, tiệm cận thông lệ quốc tế.

Thông tư 99/2025/TT-BTC, có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/01/2026, không chỉ thay đổi nguyên tắc kế toán, hệ thống tài khoản và cách trình bày BCTC, mà còn nâng cao tính minh bạch, khả năng so sánh, cũng như chất lượng và của thông tin tài chính doanh nghiệp.

Để giúp doanh nghiệp chủ động tiếp cận với các thay đổi này, vào ngày 16 tháng 7 tới đây, Forvis Mazars Việt Nam sẽ tổ chức buổi hội thảo chuyên sâu tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. [Workshop] Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC: Key Changes and Their Impact on 2026 Financial Statements

As Vietnam accelerates institutional reforms and enhances financial transparency, upgrading the accounting regulatory framework has become essential.

On October 27, 2025, the Ministry of Finance officially issued Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC to replace Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC. This marks a significant milestone in modernizing the country's accounting system and aligning it closer with international practices.

Effective from January 1, 2026, Circular 99/2025/TT-BTC introduces pivotal changes to accounting principles, the chart of accounts, and financial statements presentation. Beyond technical updates, it is designed to drive greater transparency, comparability, and overall quality of corporate financial information.

To help enterprises proactively approach these changes, Forvis Mazars Vietnam is pleased to host an in-depth seminar in Ho Chi Minh City this coming July 16th.
