Previously Mr. Smith had worked for an international accounting firm and had been the partner in charge of municipal audits with Berry, Fowles & Co., CPAs in Falmouth, Maine. He has more than 35 years of experience in the practice of public accounting and is qualified as a Peer Reviewer under the AICPA Practice Monitoring Program for firms without SEC clients. Wayne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of CPAs, Maine Society of CPAs and the Government Audit Quality Center of the AICPA.
