📌 REQUIRED INFORMATION TO FILE
➡️ Valid (non-expired) ID or Driver’s License
➡️ ALL 2025 income documents, including but not limited to:
• W-2s
• 1099s (including cash income)
⚠️ Commonly forgotten documents (please wait for these):
• 1099-R – Retirement / 401(k) distributions
(Loans you’re repaying do NOT receive a 1099-R)
• 1098-T – College credit form
• 1095-A – Marketplace health insurance (even one day in 2025)
• 1099-C – Cancellation of debt (repos, credit cards, some medical)
• 1099-G – Unemployment or state refund (if itemized prior year)
• 1099-INT – Interest income
• W-2G – Gambling winnings
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
The IRS already has copies of ALL income reported under your SSN.
If your income does not match their records, expect significant delays.

‼️ If you had overtime or tip income, bring your last 2025 paystub
‼️ Seniors (65+) qualify for an additional $6,000 deduction
• Income limits: $75,000 single / $150,000 joint
‼️ Child Tax Credit
• Up to $2,200 per child (16 & under as of 12/31/25)
• Max refundable portion: $1,700
‼️ Child / Dependent Care Credit
• No longer fully refundable; amount depends on income
‼️ Earned Income Credit (EIC)
• Ages 25–65 (with or without dependents)
• Credit amount varies by income, filing status, and dependents

💼 FEES & ESTIMATES
✅ Estimates (upfront):
• $25 – W-2 returns
• $100 – 1099 / Schedule C (business)
➡️ Applied to filing fee or refunded if you file with me
❌ No free estimates after January 21
✅ Filing Fees:
• Start at $135 (single filer, W-2s only, no extra forms)
• Fees vary based on forms needed
• Fees can be deducted from your refund
• $50 flat fee for high school students
➡️ All returns processed include Protection Plus insurance (new this year)

💰 REFUND ADVANCES
• Up to $7,500 (other options available)
• Approval possible within 24–48 hours after IRS acceptance
(IRS projected open date: January 26, 2026)
• Early options available before IRS acceptance (as early as January 5, 2026)
• Must have ALL tax documents — pay stubs are illegal to file with
