Based on responses, the tool will guide users to potential payment and resolution options available through the IRS.

The tool does not require specialized knowledge. It can be used at any time. To protect client privacy, the tool does not require users to enter personally identifiable information.

Congress failed to reach an agreement on funding so our government is shut down and all our federal employees are not getting PAID and that is not fair! TSA workers are having to go to work without pay to protect us in traveling, The IRS put in a contingency plan they were expecting this. this division in our country has got to stop whatever happened to. We are one and together we stand.!
