Official IRS Efile open date will be January 26th. There are still lots of forms that are not available yet so don't get in too big of a hurry. Looks like most Missouri forms will be ready around the 20th. Feel free to bring in your stuff when you have it. I'll be glad to lose your paperwork so you don't!! See You Soon!!

If you filed head of household in Missouri for any year 2018 thru 2021 you may be getting a small refund. They are sending letters out.

If you received the Advanced Child Tax credit you will need to file a tax return. You may be eligible for the entire amount of the CTC or if you got the advance and you were not eligible you may have to pay back the credit you received. IRS letter 6419 will be sent to you by mail sometime this month. It will show the exact amount of CTC that you received. If you dont receive the letter make sure you know the correct amount to put on your tax return. If the amount is incorrect it may hold up your refund.
