Get to know your tax professional before you work with them. Here is a little about me. If you think we might work well together, reach out - I can still help you with your 2025 taxes.

I am from Chicago; I'm of Greek descent. My ancestors were from Sparta. Arcadia Financial Services was named for a region in Greece where my family came from.

I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Math Education. I played basketball at DePaul University and in 1979, I was a member of the NCAA Final Four Basketball team. I spent the last 2 years in college alongside my younger brother, Danny, at St. Michael’s College in Vermont. After college, Danny and I were recruited and played in an international league in Greece and we traveled all over Europe with our teams.

When my team went to Israel to play in Tel Aviv, I also traveled to Jerusalem. I found that to be a life-altering experience, and I gave my life to Jesus Christ. My faith translates into how I run my business, and I consider my business as part business and part ministry.

I have three grown children. My son, James, 28, was born with Autism. In 2014, I moved to North Carolina from Chicago because at the time, the state offered some of the best care in the country for adults with special needs. Sadly, that is no longer the case, but James is the happiest, most loving person you will ever meet.

I am the proud owner of a 107-pound Greyhound named Argos. His original owner gave him his Greek name, so Argos was clearly meant to be my dog. Argos never raced (he is about 20% larger than most greyhounds), but he’s a very fast runner, when he isn’t sleeping on a bed or sofa.

I moved to Wilmington in 2020. I believe that God brought me here because there were people who needed my help. I am an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the IRS, which means I am a specialist in taxation (not accounting or bookkeeping). I work with individuals and businesses (I specialize in small business taxes). I provide tax advising and consulting, tax preparation and filing, and audit protection services. I can work with anyone anywhere.
