Delta S Consulting, LLC I do not often write reviews like this, but I feel like I need to write this one. We hired Todd and Delta S Consulting about a year ago to help us to manage growth with best practices and to avoid the pitfalls that entrepreneurs and business owners sometimes make. We saw this as an investment in our future, and wow is that investment ever paying off! Todd met with each member of our team, listened to our challenges and even listened "between the lines" to identify things that we were not seeing. He then distilled hours of conversation into a very concise and useful PowerPoint summary instructing us what we should do and how we should do it. He has provided us with the necessary goals and structure for one-year and two-year plans so far, and he has given us clear benchmarks for achieving our goals. We refer to his PowerPoint often to re-sharpen our focus. Also, under his direction we have established many effective workflow systems and simplified others. This has allowed us to significantly increase performance and even work quality. On a professional level, we found Todd very kind, easy to talk to, exceptionally competent, yet pleasant and humble. He is certainly a professional in his field and very approachable.
